The Pilips Music Hall is a very big complex located in the city center of Eindhoven, located at the central market square. However, the building is not really visible. Many banner, posters and other signs on the facade are not a effective in the commercial center.
In our proposal we replace all visual communication by audio. One big eye catcher, like a carillon on a city hall, embraces the building.
